            Alerts are notifications that are generated when an integration event does not complete successfully. Alerts can be sent either as email or SMS text (or both).


            Email Alerts

            Email Alerts contain detailed information for an integration system issue.


            SMS Alerts

            SMS Alerts contain of the integration system and the severity of the issue.
