Training use: Sentinel does not use customer data to train our models or third‑party models.
Data handling: Encryption in transit and at rest; logical tenant separation; least‑privilege access.
Access: Restricted to authorized personnel based on role and necessity.

Security practices
Encryption: TLS in transit; AES‑256 (or stronger) at rest.
Hosting: Microsoft Azure (Canada Central) with logical tenant separation.
Certification: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 in scope.
SDLC: AI features follow the same secure development lifecycle, change control, and testing as the rest of Sentinel.
Legal & regulatory
Sentinel keeps humans in the loop and provides transparency and administrative control. We monitor emerging AI regulations and adjust practices as needed.
