Managing Access to AI Features

By default, organizations are not enabled with AI features.

Access to AI features can be toggled by organization admins. Dispatch Integration and third-party providers of AI models  use your data for training purposes. Your data is always handled with privacy and security as a priority. If you have any concerns, please contact us at sentinel@dispatchintegration.com.

To enable AI features:

1. Navigate to your organization's settings page.
2. Select the "Privacy & AI" tab.
3. Ensure that "Enable AI features" is checked.
